Hi, my name is Becca, and I am so happy you are here.

My journey to birth work was a purposeful career transition. After years working in market research and tech, I learned to analyze complex information, streamline processes, and prioritize clarity. It was the transformative birth of my second daughter in 2019 that clarified my true calling: bringing those skills—along with unwavering advocacy and a grounding presence—into the birth space.

  • My Mission: I am dedicated to helping parents navigate their perinatal journey feeling informed, powerful, and peaceful, rather than overwhelmed.

  • My Training: I am a Full-Spectrum Doula (Fertility, Birth, and Postpartum) trained through Bebo Mia Inc., where I received intensive education in evidence-based comfort measures and holistic family support. I am also a trained Lactation Educator and actively pursuing my Childbirth Education certification.

  • My Approach: I combine professional, evidence-based knowledge with heart-centered compassion. I treat your journey as a sacred narrative and am here to ensure you feel held, honored, and supported as you write your own fearless beginning into parenthood.

A Little More About Me

When I'm not supporting families, I love to bake sourdough bread (I love gifting loaves!). I am also passionate about plant-based living and, as a vegan, I would genuinely love to discuss more about plant-based pregnancy and parenting nutrition with any interested families. I am also a proud Swiftie and the mama to the sweetest little pup, Ruby the Cavapoo.

My Approach

My goal is to provide grounding presence and evidence-based support specifically designed to move you from feeling overwhelmed to empowered throughout your birth and postpartum journey.

  • Blending Expertise for Clarity: Drawing on my background in tech and market research, I am skilled at sifting through complex information and providing you with clear, evidence-based support to make informed decisions without feeling buried by data or internet searches.

  • Honoring the Rite of Passage: I treat your birth as the sacred and powerful rite of passage that it is. I step into your birth space not to direct, but to witness and safeguard your story, offering compassionate care that honors your unique choices.

  • Focused Support for the Overwhelmed Parent: I specialize in serving the parent who feels overwhelmed by the sheer volume of decisions, fear, and preparation. I provide a grounding presence and practical tools to help you move past fear and tap into your own deep, quiet strength.

  • Comprehensive Postpartum Transition: This support continues through the postpartum period—a time of tender vulnerability. I offer physical comfort, emotional reassurance, and practical support (like establishing new rhythms and routines) so you step into parenthood feeling powerful, peaceful, and fully supported through this profound transformation.

“Becca exudes calmness and compassion.  I can tell you from experience she is the person you want guiding you through this life-changing journey of motherhood – from pregnancy to birth to breastfeeding, and postpartum. She tells you what to expect, the highs and the lows, so you feel prepared and empowered to tackle what’s ahead. Breastfeeding and postpartum can be challenging (it wasn’t easy for me!), but I felt supported and seen having Becca by my side. She is incredibly knowledgeable with research-backed support. She’s also a mother herself having personally gone through birth and post-partum – it truly feels like having your best friend with you on the journey.”
