To honor this phase of learning and growth, I am offering a reduced rate of $1500 (normally $2500) for birth doula support.
This special rate is available for a limited time!
Your support package includes:
Two prenatal visits (lasting 2-2.5 hours each)
Continuous labor and birth support
One postpartum visit (1-2 weeks after birth of baby)
Ongoing text/email support throughout your journey

Postpartum - Standard
Includes:
Emotional and informational support (active listening, birth processing)
Newborn care (diapering, soothing, light bathing)
Feeding assistance (breastfeeding/bottle-feeding support, cleaning pump parts)
Meal/Snack preparation for parents
Light household tasks (laundry, dishwashing)
Creating space for parent rest (naps, showers)
Sibling care (short-term, while parent is with newborn)
Referrals to local specialists (IBCLC, mental health)
Standard Rate: $50/hr
